The project

On Black Friday, the competition in the inbox is sky-high! Leen Bakker, the Netherlands’ leading furniture and home decoration brand, wanted to stand out during this busy period by exploring new channels.

Solution

  • With the help of Deployteq, Leen Bakker set up a campaign made up of different pages to collect and enrich their SMS data.
  • In exchange for their mobile number, consumers received a discount code via email for the upcoming Black Friday sale.

The results

  • Results of this campaign exceeded expectations, with a CTR of 27% (24.54% higher than the industry benchmark average) and 6,000 collected numbers with opt-ins.
