Continu Professionals is a recruitment agency that has been helping professionals and employers in the construction and civil engineering for over 25 years. The objective of the project was to increase the conversion rate of 2.0% on the most relevant job vacancy emails.
Solution
- The challenge was to identify sleeping job seekers within Continu’s database and deliver relevant job vacancies to them. To identify the job seekers, Happy Horizon used a CDP to track and send website behaviour to Deployteq.
- Happy Horizon designed a “job vacancy cart abandonment” email campaign to encourage recipients who had recently viewed job vacancies but not applied to. The campaign involved personalising the email content based on the day and time the job vacancies were viewed, as well as the viewed vacancies themselves.
- The use of Continu’s CDP triggering Deployteq allowed Continu to collect data on job seekers and trigger relevant job vacancy emails, leading to a significant increase in conversion rates from 0.12% to 4.97%, a whopping +4.85% increase.
