Het vereiste veel interne ontwikkeling om berichtlogica te beheren, content te personaliseren en voor verschillende kanalen aan te passen.<\/p>\n<p>Nog belangrijker: tijdkritische noodberichten werden naar alle apparaten in de database gestuurd \u2014 ook naar mensen die die dag niet vlogen of zich niet in de buurt van de luchthaven bevonden.
